Charlotte Monkhouse

Movement Teacher, Coach, Trainer and Founder of Tapah Wellbeing, Charlotte teaches with enthusiasm, playfulness, care and attention to detail. She brings knowledge gained from her own personal and explorative practice and provides strong encouragement and support from her 450hr+ certified hours of training in various styles of Yoga, Meditation and Wellbeing Coaching.

Charlottes practice has been inspired by her Indian and London based teachers including co-founder of Flow State Calli . Since her first training in 2016 she has facilitated 1000s of yoga classes and continued to develop her foundations as a teacher on the ever flowing changes we experience in life.

She focuses on the energy of the students in her classes and incorporates elements of the different yoga practices with her passion for music into each class.

Her style of teaching and coaching is very much focused on a work-out for the mind just as much as the body. With experience in working with clients with PTSD, nervous system related diseases and physical injuries old and new she focuses highly on alignment of the body and mind building ro help bring back mental and physical strength safely.

Charlotte has a playful approach to her teaching & coaching and approaches any challenges her clients might have with ease and positivity. She believes exploring movement and patterns of thoughts should be both fun & challenging.
