Please note that Flow State is a cashless studio and we recommend booking in advance to help us manage the class sizes effectively.

  • 60-minute Flow Drop In class: priced at just £14, making it accessible to incorporate yoga and movement into your daily  schedule.

  • 90-minute Flow Drop In class: if you prefer a longer session, these are available for £16.

    We offer a variety of other sessions, ranging from free to £15, depending on the session.
