Henry’s aim is to help people improve their bodies functionality and strength whilst empowering participants with knowledge and skills that will help them take care of their bodies for life.
Henry spent his life as a lover of freestyle sports and by age 17 had become a sponsored extreme sports athlete, as a result Henry has carried over his passion for having fun whilst being active, a perspective that has enabled him to avoid the dogma of more mainstream fitness approaches.
Henry has specialised in calisthenics training, animal flow, functional strength training, play and mobility.
Whether you have a specific health goal, want to learn skills such as the muscle-up or handstand, or just want to get moving and take better care of yourself, Henry will apply a fun twist to any training programme or class whilst helping guide you towards building more healthy habits and unlocking your physical potential.
