Ben Walker

Ben is a movement & fitness coach with a background in bodyweight practices. He strives to help people inhabit their bodies as the 'human animals' that we are. Ben's training style blends calisthenics, gymnastics, functional weight training, yoga and mobility techniques.

He is a qualified PT, and trained in Animal Flow and Functional Range Conditioning.
