Beth was introduced to Yoga by her lovely Mum and began her Yoga teacher training journey at the age of 16, a foundation that seamlessly flowed into her time studying as an actor. This fusion of yoga and performance enriched her understanding of how the body, breath, and mind can harmonise to heal and empower.

Specialising in Back Care for social prescribing, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and Yoga for Menopause, Beth brings a variety of experience to her teaching.

Beth collaborates closely with local Physiotherapists and Osteopaths through tailored referrals and supports clients reclaim strength and ease through the process of their back pain rehabilitation.

In her group classes, Beth’s approach is a blend of thoughtful curation, embodied exploration, and a deep respect for the individuality of each student.

She believes yoga is a space where curiosity, joy, and growth meet, and every class is designed to invite students of all levels to gather, move, and discover together.

Beth’s compassionate teaching style aims to inspire peace and play—on and off the mat.
