Kayla Becher

Yoga is Kayla’s biggest passion - it has been the key to improving her mental & physical health in recent years and I she is so honoured to be able to offer this tool to help others.

Rather than focusing on making the perfect shapes, I encourage students to release tension, move mindfully and get inquisitive in their practice; allowing the body to guide you and let the thinking mind take a back seat.

In all of Kayla’s classes she aims to challenge students physically while nurturing their mental and emotional well-being.

Her teaching approach is deeply rooted in empowering students to listen to their bodies, taking what serves them best from the practice and making it personal to them.

In her classes you can expect: lots of time to arrive and ground, gentle repetitive movements to nourish the body, plenty of options to build heat if you want to take your practice there and a long savasana to allow your mind and body to soak up the benefits of your practice.
