Jocie Cox

Jocie has been facilitating yoga for nearly a decade and has developed a highly informed and reassuringly authentic flavour to her teaching.

She cares deeply about intuitive movement and aims to help people build intelligent awareness throughout their bodies by nurturing deep listening and a natural breath. Her flow classes are creative, embodied and intertwined with her inherent desire to make people feel at home in themselves..

For the last 4 years, Jocie has been called to work with women as they move through matrescence, (the process of becoming a mother). Working with the divine feminine and the wisdom of the womb, plus extensive training in pre/postnatal yoga, hypnobirthing, birth biomechanics and pelvic floor anatomy, have furnished Jocie with a reverence for birth & motherhood and a desire to support women throughout all aspects of this rite of passage.

Jocie runs pregnancy yoga classes, Mama-Baby yoga classes, birth wisdom workshops and hypnobirthing courses. She holds space that is inclusive, non-judgmental and nourishing and in all her teachings she ultimately hopes to build a strong sense of trust and freedom within the bodies of those that attend.
